    • Application procedures in the country/countries targeted are explained.
    • The ideal universities that are in alignment with the student’s priorities, family values and budget are identified.
    • University visits and exploration are planned.

Application completion and timing of applications


    • A minimum of four universities is chosen to apply to.
    • Application plans are explained and a timeline of deadlines is created.
    • Students are supported to meet deadlines for applications and supporting materials.
    • Teachers to be asked for references are identified.
    • The creation of an effective resume is accomplished.

Essay Writing


    • Student's writing ability is assessed.
    • Students complete the writing exercises and experiences that demonstrate the student’s best qualities are identified.
    • Students are given essay prompts to begin writing assignments with suggestions for format and content.

University entrance exam timeline (ACT/SAT/IELTS/TOEFL)


    • Standardized tests, which results to submit, and submission of results is planned and revised as required.

Scholarship and financial aid applications


    • Financial aid is explained and support given for preparation in filing the CSS Profile.
    • The cost of attendance is estimated and the possibility of financial aid assessed.
    • Suitable scholarships are presented and support given in applying to them.

Analysis of acceptance/rejection letters and final decision


    • Templates for letters to admissions and financial aid office are provided.
    • Support for transition management, and payment of fees to the university by the designated deadline.

    • Students are given essay prompts to begin writing assignments with suggestions for format and content and edited.
    • Tips and techniques required for interviews are practiced.
